A customer may request to return for unused products bought from beevisfoods.com for valid reasons, within the specified return period of 2 days.
Pick-up: In most locations, we offer a free pick-up service. You will see a pick-up option when you submit a return request.
Quality Check: During pick-up, our agent will do a mandatory quality check on the item/s being returned.
Refund: Once the item has been received at our company and has passed a quality check, the refund will be initiated. The refund will be done through the customer’s bank account in which case he/she should select the account to which refund should be made. In case of COD orders being returned, the same should be done by providing details of one’s bank account.
Key things to keep in mind before returning:
- We will arrange the pick-up for the products. However, you will be responsible ensuring that the product is ready for pick up once the courier arrives
- The contents of the package must be packed in the original condition with the original packaging. Any important element of the product or its packaging, if missing, can result in make the product non-returnable or exchangeable
- The package must be sealed appropriately to ensure the safety of the product while in transit
- The address label on the package must be affixed properly
